We are looking for compassionate clinicians with experience caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs, including G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of hands-on pediatric nursing experience. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators while ensuring safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilator management, and other specialized nursing procedures according to established standards.

Educate and support families by providing training on home-based care techniques and medical equipment management.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

Utilize innovative healthcare technology and AI-supported nursing solutions to improve staffing coordination, communication, and continuity of care.

Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license in Georgia.

Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience, including tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Experience supporting children and young adults with special needs, developmental disabilities, and complex medical conditions.

Knowledge and proficiency in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and related clinical procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency and high-pressure situations.

At Unlimited Healthcare, our pediatric caregivers play an essential role in providing compassionate support and assistance to medically fragile children and their families. Caregivers help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities and qualifications may vary based on each child’s individual needs and care plan.
Responsibilities:

Provide companionship, emotional support, and daily assistance to pediatric clients.

Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, and taking out the trash.

Prepare meals and support healthy daily routines.

Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.

Provide appointment reminders and support family care coordination.

Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene needs.

Support a safe and nurturing home environment while promoting comfort and quality of life.
Requirements:
